Becoming the employer of choice in the South East Asian banking industry

A leading bank wanted to redefine its Employee Value Proposition to attract new talent and strengthen retention among current employees. The ambition was to attract talent from the local market and the wider region.


The Central Question: How do we become an employer of choice?

In the first phase of the project, we engaged senior stakeholder interviews to understand the vision and ambition of the employer brand. The second stage focused on understanding the needs of employees (internal and external) using a qualitative approach. The client used these Insights to develop Employee Value Proposition concepts. The final stage of the project was a survey used to validate learnings from the qualitative phase and identify the winning concept to take into further development.
