Our client needed to develop their communication strategy for attracting new talent across key markets in Asia.
The Central Question: How do we connect better with this segment?
Qualitative research was used to build a foundational understanding of the target group and their needs from an employer and career, followed by a Quantitative benchmarking phase to establish where the brand is at present. Insights from the study were used to develop the campaign messaging and strategy. A year later the question changed to ‘have we moved the needle?’ A follow up survey was used to measure impact of the campaign. This was supplemented by qualitative deep dive to dig into the ‘why’ behind the campaign performance and identify opportunities for next phase of the campaign.
